Installation

Mounting Instructions:

1.Choose a available location for installation.

2.After selecting the proper location, drilling two 5.0mm holes in the ceiling or wall according to the diagram below and inserting two plastic roles in to the hole, then attaching the bracket to the plastic role and screwing tightly two screws in the two roles.

3. Matching the lines on base wall and bracket wall to snap the alarm on the bracket by twisting the alarm.

Connecting

Application

1:The detector should be installed on the Kitchen, garage, baseroom, coal mine and so on.

2: According to specific gravity of natural gas to install gas leakage alarm;

Natural gas and coal gas: its specific gravity is lighter than air, so it suspends on the ceiling. Therefore the alarm should be installed in the area that is less 0.3~1.2 meter than the ceiling and within radii 1.5 meter far from gas leakage.

Liquid petroleum gas: its specific gravity is heavier than air, so it sinks down on the bottom. Therefore, the alarm should be installed in the area that is 0.3~1.2 meter far from ground and within radii 1.5 meter far from gas leakage.

3: If the alarm is placed on the corridor, the distance between the two sides of wall would not be over 4m.

OPERATION GUIDE

1. Warm-up situation

 Wall mount mode: When connecting with power supply, the green indicator always turned on. It means the alarm is activated.

Alarm: The red LED turns on when the alarm sounds, or it is normal for this light to turn on when you press the Test Button

Test : Test the detector ,press the Test button. It gives out alarm warning. The red LED auto turns on and after a few second it turns off

2. Alarm situation

 When the environment density reaches the limited alarm density, the red or green indicator turned on as well as buzzer sent off hurried sound with outputting switch signal

OTHERS:

1: Test

 Spay some inflammable gas into the detecting hole of alarm. If it gives off clear pulse alarm signal, that means the alarm detector is all right. (Suggestion: do the test weekly to proof of reliability of detector)

2. Easy maintenance

 Clear the alarm detector to proof of its normal work per six months. Please shut off power supply, then slightly clear the dust by soft brush, finally turn on the power.

3. Required to attention as usage

 1. Do not clear it directly by using chemical spray

 2. Do not use some substance with irritative smell near to the alarm. Such as bug killer, oil spray, sticker, plenty of alcohol, etc.

 3. Forbid to wash the alarm or let water come into the alarm

 4. Do not throw out the alarm or disassemble the alarm.
